Alpine skiing Instructor, Federal Coach
I speak good English, which I learned in high school and university, and later perfected through various experiences abroad and by interacting with native-speaking students
I started skiing in 1989 at the age of 5 in Gressoney, in the Aosta Valley, and later joined a ski club, where I quickly discovered and fell in love with the world of ski racing. This journey, strengthened over the years by various coaches, to whom I am still very grateful, culminated in 2006 when I became a ski instructor, and later a coach. All these experiences have made skiing, for me, a way to disconnect from all thoughts, enjoy nature, and embrace the freedom offered by the stunning backdrop of the Alps.
My goal is to offer students a broad perspective on the world of skiing, starting patiently with the basics, helping them overcome their fears and break down certain preconceptions, while cultivating enthusiasm and a desire for self-improvement. By setting new goals each time, students will progress in their skills and growth, allowing them to eventually choose their preferred skiing discipline, whether it be recreational skiing, racing, or something else. The ultimate result will be a triumph for the student, and their smile will be my greatest reward.
Alpine Skiing, Federal Coach, Specialization: Ski School Director.
To transmit the passion for this fantastic sport, especially to those who think it might be too late to start because, in reality, it is never too late! I always hope to establish a relationship of mutual trust and friendship, educating the student to navigate the slopes with confidence and to respect one another as skiers. I enjoy focusing on improvement and igniting a sense of curiosity in the student that encourages them to step out of their comfort zone and try new experiences.
As always, you are exceptional, courteous, professional and children love teachers. I would also like to praise the ski rental. Courteous and competent staff. Thanks and see you next year.
